Following a flood that caused extensive damage, owners and tenants are cautioned when moving items that might knock the sprinkler-heads in their suites or common areas. These sprinklers are under a tremendous amount of pressure, and once damaged, pumps high volumes of water before they can be turned off.

We are pleased to announce that The Espana will be displaying works of art produced by local artists on the walls of our lobbies. Our curator is Angie Heintz, an artist, who will manage the collection. Every month different art will be displayed, and all pieces will be offered for sale. Some of the criteria that Angie uses when judging if the piece is suitable for our walls are: big & bright, minimum value of $2,000, and non-offensive.
