These sprinklers are under a tremendous amount of pressure, and once damaged, pumps high volumes of water before they can be turned off.

If a sprinkler is damaged, owners are to contact the Concierge, Security or Ron McKinnon (778) 888-7507 IMMEDIATELY.

Our curator is Angie Heintz, an artist, who will manage the collection. Every month different art will be displayed, and all pieces will be offered for sale. Some of the criteria that Angie uses when judging if the piece is suitable for our walls are: big & bright, minimum value of $2,000, and non-offensive.
